ProxyMobile.fr against 4G Proxy, HexaProxy, FRProxy and IPRoyal
We sell the service, so this comparison is not neutral, but it is factual. Published entry tiers, billing currency, advertised throttling and support language: here is what the public pages say, and what we do differently.
Providers side by side
Public entry prices recorded in October 2026 from the public pages of the providers listed, in the currency each one bills in. They may have moved since; check their sites before deciding.
| Provider | Entry price | Based in France | Currency | Support | Speed | Dedicated offer |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ProxyMobile.fr | $6.99 | Yes — Lyon | Euro | English and French | Not throttled | Yes — dedicated phones |
| 4G Proxy | $45 | No | US dollar | English | Capped depending on plan | Yes |
| HexaProxy | $49.90 | Yes | Euro | French | Capped depending on plan | Yes |
| FRProxy | $60 | Yes | Euro | French | Not disclosed | Yes |
| IPRoyal | $119 | Partly | US dollar | English | Variable | Yes |
What the entry tier often hides
A price table reads badly when the units differ. With most resellers the "entry tier" is a narrow package: throughput capped at 10 Mbit/s, a small volume, a fixed rotation interval, sometimes a three-month commitment. An honest comparison therefore rests on three criteria, not one.
1. Is throughput capped?
This is the most discriminating point. A proxy capped at 10 Mbit/s makes your collection five times slower than a free line. We apply no cap: you share the real bandwidth of the mobile line, and our interest is in you consuming your gigabytes, not in waiting.
2. Is billing in euros?
Many vendors bill in dollars. For a European business that means conversion fees, an exchange rate applied by the bank and VAT that is sometimes impossible to recover cleanly. We bill in euros through Stripe, with a compliant invoice.
3. Does support speak your language?
A production incident at 9 a.m. is badly served by approximate English and a 48-hour queue. Support is run from France and answers in English and French, with a two-hour response target on business days.
Our three arguments, and their limits
The limit has to be stated: we are a small operation. The 5G pool is still partial, the number of dedicated lines is finite (14 today, 50 at full scale), and we do not have the depth of an international player for multi-terabyte volumes. If you need 500 lines across fifteen countries, we are not the right supplier, and we would rather tell you than sell you something unsuitable.
- No throttling. We do not sell megabits per second, we sell gigabytes. That works because we own the lines and the real variable cost is the mobile plan, not the bandwidth.
- Billing in euros. No currency fees, clear invoicing and a readable document for your accountant.
- Support in English and French. A small team, based in Lyon, that knows the infrastructure it operates.
What you should test before buying, from anyone
That is exactly what our cheap 24-hour trial is for. Compare, measure, then decide, including if the answer is not us.
- The egress address seen by a third-party service, and where it geolocates.
- The success rate on your real targets, not on a demo page.
- Average latency across 100 chained requests.
- Rotation stability: does the IP really change at the advertised interval?
- Support response time, measured before you buy.
Questions fréquentes
Why are IPRoyal and Proxy Seller so expensive?
They are marketplaces: they resell traffic bought from fleet operators, through several intermediaries. The final price carries their margin, currency fees and the cost of multilingual support.
HexaProxy is European too. Why choose you?
It is a direct competitor we respect. Our differences: a much lower entry tier, per-gigabyte top-ups, and full transparency about the fleet through the status page.
Is this comparison impartial?
It is honest, not neutral: we sell the service. The figures come from the public pages of those providers in October 2026 and we state clearly what we do not know.
Does billing currency really matter?
For a European business, yes: no conversion fee on each renewal, recoverable VAT, a compliant invoice and simpler bookkeeping.
The best comparison is your own test
A 24-hour trial with 500 MB. Measure the success rate on your targets, then compare it with whatever you use today.
