Live network status
We run our own lines, so we may as well show them. This page queries the public API and displays the state of the fleet in real time, with no staging.

How to read these figures
Phones online counts the devices sending a regular signal to the gateway. A line under maintenance, or rebooting after a rotation, appears temporarily offline: that is normal and has no impact while the other lines in the pool absorb the load.
Pools group lines by use: shared consumer, dedicated Pro and 5G. A saturated pool means every one of its lines is assigned; new connections automatically fall back to an available line in another compatible pool.
If something goes wrong
Incidents with customer impact are logged and we email the subscribers affected. We do not run a decorative status page: the numbers shown come straight from the control plane.
- Check this page first to tell a global incident from a local problem.
- Verify your credentials and your remaining volume in the customer portal.
- If the problem persists, write to us through the contact page with the time, the egress IP you observed and the error message.
