2. Hosting

The website and the application interface are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. The infrastructure components, the tunnel, the proxy gateway and the mobile phones, are operated from France, in a technical facility located in Lyon.

3. Purpose of the service

ProxyMobile SAS provides an internet access service by relay, consisting in making network egress points available to its customers using French mobile connections (4G and 5G). The service is provided as is, within the framework of this notice and the terms and conditions of sale.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the site, including structure, text, illustrations, logos and code, are the exclusive property of ProxyMobile SAS unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and would constitute infringement under French intellectual property law.

Third-party trademarks and logos mentioned on the site, including carriers and compared suppliers, belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for information only.

5. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. No advertising cookie or third-party tracker is set; only the session cookie required for authentication is used. Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, exercisable at legal@proxymobile.fr.

6. Liability

ProxyMobile SAS takes reasonable steps to ensure the availability and security of the service, without guaranteeing the total absence of interruption, whether from maintenance, carrier incidents or cellular network outages. ProxyMobile SAS cannot be held liable where the customer uses the service contrary to the law or to the terms and conditions of sale.

The customer is solely responsible for their use of the access provided, for the data they collect and for complying with the terms of use of the third-party sites they visit.

7. Reporting illegal content

To report illegal content or behaviour connected to the service, write to legal@proxymobile.fr, stating the subject of the report, the elements that identify it and your identity. We handle reports as promptly as possible and cooperate with the competent authorities.

8. Hyperlinks

The site may contain links to third-party sites. ProxyMobile SAS exercises no control over them and declines any liability for their content, privacy policies or practices.

9. Governing law and mediation

This notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, and after a written complaint that remains unanswered to the satisfaction of the customer, a consumer customer may use the French consumer mediator free of charge, whose details are provided on request, or the European online dispute resolution platform.
