Which IP address does our API see?
This page calls the public endpoint for what-is-my-ip and shows the address the request came from. Use it to validate your setup: without a proxy you see your own IP, behind our proxy you see the French mobile IP.
My IP
C’est l’adresse publique depuis laquelle la requête atteint le control-plane ProxyMobile.fr.
Checking…
How to check that your proxy works
If the address does not change, there are three likely causes: the tool you use ignores the proxy, the credentials are wrong, or a local VPN is taking precedence. Check the https_proxy variable and switch the VPN off for the test.
- Note the address shown above without a proxy: that is your current IP.
- Configure your client with the host, port and credentials from your customer portal.
- Reload this page: the address should be different and should belong to a mobile line.
- Test from the command line as well: curl -x http://USER:PASSWORD@proxy.proxymobile.fr:28080 https://api.ipify.org
A tool, not a guarantee of anonymity
Knowing your egress IP makes nobody anonymous. A proxy moves the address the server sees, but your browser still sends dozens of other signals: fingerprint, cookies, time zone. This tool is for diagnosis, not for feeling invisible.

Compare your address before and after
